Admittedly we're all a bit on edge these days and perhaps a touch of the grape may be what's needed to steady frazzled nerves. In Northern New Mexico we're fortunate to have the fabulous Gruet Winery founded 25 years ago by Gilbert and Danielle Gruet and their family. Bringing French wine growing expertise to the Wild West they've been expertly crafting sparkling wines in the true Methode Champenoise and we get bubbly just thinking about it. They also offer delightful Chardonnays and Pinto Noirs.
